Medical Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage techniques prescribed or required pre + post surgery which may include manual manipulation utilizing vacuum suction (cupping) and other advanced manual techniques. This does NOT include “wet cupping” or “incisional draining” which is not within the scope of practice of LMT’s or Manual Lymph Therapists in the State of Iowa.

The lymphatic drainage technique is a gentle method of hands-on work to manipulate, redirect, remap and drain the lymphatic fluid to optimize health. LDT is known to decrease stress, increase relaxation, boost the immune system and drain unwanted fluids. This service is for general health and well-being.
