All clients are required to fill out a daily covid form. If this is your first time visiting Hands in Harmony we request that you please fill out a health intake depending on which service you are receiving. All intake forms with require a brief health history aswell as a description of your goals for the session.
Peak hours are late afternoons, Fridays and Saturdays, so be sure to book as far in advance as possible in order to ensure getting the particular time, day and service provider that you want. If available, same day reservations and walk-in guests are always welcome. All appointments are reserved with a credit card or gift card. If you will be attending the spa with a gift card please mention this so that the spa concierge can advise you of any policy that may affect its use.
Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. First time guests are asked to complete a questionnaire in order to provide your service provider with important medical and contact information. To save time, these questionnaires can be downloaded from our website and completed in advance of your arrival. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time so as not to inconvenience our other guests. After your treatment you are invited to spend additional time unwinding in the comfort of our meditation room.
In order for you and all of our other spa guests to enjoy a relaxing spa experience, we ask that all cell phones be silenced and not used during your spa time with us.
If you must cancel your appointment, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required on single services and 48 hours for two or more services. This gives us time to replace that appointment for our commission based service providers. Cancellations without sufficient notice may be charged full service prices and charged to your credit card or deducted from your gift card.
Gratuities are personal decisions and left to your own discretion and level of satisfaction. If you choose to tip, spa tipping follows the same rules as restaurant tipping. The average is between 15% and 20%.
Please mention any medical conditions or concerns that you might have when booking your appointment. Certain spa or facial treatments may not be advisable.
In the privacy of your massage room, massage guests are asked to disrobe to their comfort level before getting onto the massage table. All of our massage therapists are licensed professionals and are trained in proper draping techniques. At no time will you be naked in front of the massage therapist. As the therapist works on you, only that part of the body being worked on is revealed. If modesty is a concern, you can certainly leave your undergarments on. Please know that some oils may get on these garments. If you are having wet body services; scrubs, wraps, if you choose to leave your undergarments on we suggest bringing a swim suit or a change of undergarments since you will get wet.
Private Whirlpool tub can be added to any service.
If the tub room becomes flooded there will be an additional $50+ charge added to your bill.
Please refrain from using our whirlpool tub after a spray tan. Extra clean up from spray tan residue will also be chraged an additional clean up charge of $50+.
At Hands in Harmony you are so much more than another person on our table. We give you a full consultation and listen to your needs then tailor a custom massage to fit you perfectly. We allot 75 minutes for each appointment making it our top priority to ensure you get a full 60 minute massage.
Wahneta Dimmer, our business owner is also a Instructor at Carlson College of Massage Therapy. Education and Continuing education is the corner stone of Hands in Harmony. Each of our therapists is highly trained and specialize in many different modalities to offer our clients the very best options for their health.
Our therapists strive to help all of our clients live and happy,healthy, & stress free life. We understand that most people don’t get a lot of “free time” and more often than not the “free time” is not planned. We make ourselves available 7 days a week most days 9 am – 9pm. If ever you find yourself with an extra hour or two that you can make it in for a massage or another one of our amazing services give us a call and we will do our very best to make sure you get in when you can even day of.

At Hands in Harmony bringing couples closer together is one of our many missions. We have 8 couples treatment rooms and 150 gallon two person private Jacuzzi tub. Couples can share the tub while enjoying wine, cheese, handmade chocolates and fresh fruits.

Most massage modalities are covered, but to be sure that your service will be covered please check with your insurance company.
Please let our front desk staff know what you will be using a FSA or a HSA so we can print out a detailed receipt which will included your therapist’s license number.
Here at Hands in Harmony we are giving Veterans a helping hand, Literally. We offer a 30% discounted therapeutic massage or energy work 60 minutes or more to all veterans.

- A commitment to the safety of our staff and community that you will not enter our spa if you have a frequent cough, a fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, feel ill or if you or someone you live with has been diagnosed or exposed to COVID-19.

Please wear a mask in all areas of the building. During massage services you are required to wear your mask while faceup.
We have disposable masks for $1each or handmade washable for use if you forget yours.
We have spaced the Quiet Room waiting area for ample social distancing and added a 2nd sitting area also. You can still enjoy a glass of wine/water or a cup of hot tea/coffee while you wait. Feel free to call when you arrive to alert staff that you are entering the premises.
